Technologies
We offer production of several types of 3D printed products. Mostly we focus on chewables and thin oral films. These two pharmaceutical forms are the most cost effective and offer a wide range of active ingredients for the manufacturer to choose from.
SUBLINGUAL THIN FILMS
Thin films have been identified as a line-extension approach to conventional dosage forms, i.e. tablets and capsules. The thin films are considered to be safe, reliable, precise and pain-free application, ideal for patients who have difficulty swallowing.
CHEWABLES
Hydrogel based formulations allow the use of a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other food supplements. The stable and safe gel matrix gives the end products a variety of packaging options and a long shelf life.
3D PRINTERS - SONO20
SONO20 is a laboratory 3D printer designed to give you an advantage in designing your own 3D printable formulations. It offers an interchangeable printing system which allows you to utilize several printing strategies within one machine, simultaneously.
The printer can handle small batch productions, and is currently being tested and optimized for GMP compliance. If you would like to know more about the SONO20, let us know.

We have been developing custom solutions for the pharmaceutical and food supplement industry since 2016. In 2018 we upgraded our machine manufacturing capabilities with a GMP compliant facility, where the laboratory and production lines are located.
